The Orwellian goal of using high tech weapons to control human minds is not new. In its November 2, 1987 edition, The San Francisco Examiner newspaper reported that U.S. Army Colonel Michael Aquino, High Priest of the satanic Temple of Set, advocated using ELF waves beamed from satellites in the sky to brainwash the U.S. public. At the time, Aquino was a top-level officer assigned to Military Psyops.
Later, On December 6, 2000, Rauni Luukanen-Kilde, Medical Doctor and former Chief Medical Officer of Finland, warned: "The technology exists to create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communications systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and political activity on behalf of self-serving private interests. When our brain functions are already connected to super computers by means of radio implants and microchips, it will be too late to protest."
