Men of Papier-Mâché or Iron?

“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul... And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food... And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air... And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”

Much consternation has resulted from the recent explosion of the transgender movement. Activists have been foisted upon normal citizens through controlled media propaganda and social media. Those who continue to disagree with this movement are attacked—both verbally and physically.
The downward spiral of moral decency continues at breakneck speed. This can be observed when parents bring their young children to pornographic drag queen shows and allow these perverted, mentally challenged individuals to parade about with little to no clothing on.

A “family friendly” drag show encouraging children to debauchery—all the while the parents are smiling and encouraging. No child should be exposed to such things. Parents bringing them to such events constitutes abuse.

What further confounds those who still profess Christian beliefs and principals is the fact that these individuals are not arrested and charged with child endangerment or sexual abuse—the parents and the so-called “performers!” Instead, it is those who protest which are arrested for creating a disturbance.
No Longer Classified a Mental Illness
Homosexuality was originally classified as a mental disorder. The American Psychiatric Association removed this classification in 1974. The World Health Organization (WHO) did not change its definition until 1992.
In May of 2019, the World Health Organization announced it would no longer classify transgenderism as a mental disorder, claiming the decision was to remove the enormous stigma that was attached. Much like Orwell’s 1984, the WHO now expects everyone to accept that two plus two does equal five!
With the proliferation of Cultural Marxism into our public education doctrines, the diversity of perversion is at its zenith. The long-respected position of teacher and educator has now become a bastion of perversion. As Libs of TikTok has generously shared on the social media platform of Twitter, multitudes of teachers today push their warped views upon innocent and naive children daily.
Until the COVID-19 lockdowns were forced on society, many parents had no clue what was being taught to their children. When virtual classrooms were implemented, the purveyors of filth and degradation were exposed. This resulted in numerous confrontations at local school boards over the curriculum.
Were We Forewarned?
In the Communist Manifesto of 1848, Karl Marx called for the abolition of the family. He said that communism would ensure that children would be educated by the state and not by their parents.
In the oft-lambasted Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, under Protocol 9, we read:

“Who is going to verify what is taught in the village schools? In order not to annihilate the institutions of the goyim before it is time we have touched them with craft and delicacy...in a strict but just sense of order; we have replaced them by the chaotic license of liberalism... We have fooled, bemused and corrupted the youth of the goyim by rearing them in principles and theories which are known to us to be false although it is by us it has been inculcated.”

Alas, when one avenue is shuttered by awakened individuals, the serpents under Satan’s control will simply slither in another direction. Once those who despise Jesus were able to have His Word removed from the classroom, demonic influencers were given free reign. Multiply this with a waning of biblical principles being instilled in the home, we should not be shocked at the results.
The Evolution of Man?
Contrary to what has been produced by mass marketers, there is no such thing as toxic masculinity. By today’s standards, Jesus would have been targeted for this distinction. Likewise, all of His disciples would have thus been labeled.
Masculinity in and of itself is not evil, but offers productivity and protection. However, the feminine revolution targeted masculinity as bad and evil, needing to be eradicated. By emphasizing this trait in a negative light, many men acquiesced and became emasculated.
If you recall, in Genesis 2:22, God used the rib taken from man and created woman. Consider this point that was given this author many years ago: God did not take a bone from Adam’s feet—for woman would be beneath man. Nor did He take a bone from Adam’s skull—for woman would have been above him. Instead, He took from Adam a rib so she would be beside him.

As the Church Declines, Sexual Depravity Accelerates
If we were to travel back in time, what do you think the reaction would be to men claiming to be women? Hysterical laughter? Admonishment from the pulpit for this grievous sin?
Sadly, those who occupy one of the most powerful positions in this country—the pulpit—do not speak biblically on the madness running rampant today. Here are but a few examples of these supporters of misaligned doctrines:

• Pope Francis has criticized laws that criminalize homosexuality as “unjust,” saying God loves all his children just as they are. In an interview with the Associated Press, Francis stated: “Being homosexual isn’t a crime.”
• Pastor Andy Stanley is the founder and senior pastor of North Point Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia. In a video clip of a sermon, Stanley tells listeners that the LGBT community in the church is an important and faithful part of the church. Stanley says, “A gay person who still wants to attend church after the way they’ve been treated, I’m telling you, they have more faith than I do. They have more faith than a lot of you.”
• Grace Lutheran Church in San Francisco installed Pastor Megan Rohrer as its new spiritual leader in 2014. The pastor, who prefers to be referred to by the pronoun “they,” is transgender.
• Students at the United Methodist-affiliated Duke Divinity School proclaimed God’s acceptance and support for LGBTQ relationships in a Pride worship service March 22, 2022.
• In an interview with Larry King, when asked about his views on homosexuality, Joel Osteen responded, “I believe that Scripture says that it’s a sin, but I always follow that up by saying we’re not against anybody. There’s a lot of things that I don’t understand, so I just don’t want to preach on it.” King followed up by asking, “Does gay marriage annoy you?” to which Osteen answered, “It doesn’t annoy me. From a scriptural point of view, I don’t think it’s what my faith would teach, but it doesn’t annoy me.”

The Apostle Paul had a biblical view of the debauched who preferred to share their bed with those of the same sex. In Romans 1: 24-32 we read:

“Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves... For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet... God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents... Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”

Wherein Does the Blame Lie?
Many years ago our Pastor Emeritus, the late (and great) Texe Marrs recorded a program entitled, In Search of Iron Men. This powerful and poignant radio program is still readily available through this ministry on Audiotape or Compact Disc. In it he asked some very succinct questions like: “Where are the Christian fighters? Why have so many become cowards?”
It seems, to this author, that the answer is quite simple. The pastorate has become enamored with money! Although the position does hold a certain amount of power and prestige over the members of the congregation, in the end it always appears to come down to filthy lucre.
The explosion of televangelists and the prosperity gospel has drawn many looking for a quick and fast buck. When Kenneth Copeland is shown to own private jets, a luxurious mansion with an airport on his property; when Jesse Duplantis comes out and states he needs a new jet to enable him to travel globally without having to stop for fuel; when Benny Hinn is seen staying in penthouse hotel suites and driving luxury cars, the temptation and allure must be all-encompassing for those who are looking to live the high life.
These people are not men of iron. Instead, they are men of papier-mâché. Bending to the will of this world and not standing on the solid foundation of His Word might as well be classified for what it truly is: An Abomination to God!
No longer are the majority of pastors called to the ministry. Moreover, those who may have originally been called have succumbed to the teachings at many seminaries.
John warned of those whose values were not of God. In 1 John 2:15-18 we read:

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.”

How Does One Become an Iron Man?
In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus instructs his disciples, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” This is the Great Commission that every Christian has been given.
In Acts 1:8, Jesus entreats His disciples to be Iron Men: “Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
In Jeremiah 1:17-19 we are witness to Jeremiah being an Iron Man by God: “Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them. For, behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land. And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.”
Those who believe that Jesus is our Lord and Saviour; that He paid for our sins; who heed and follow His teachings, these are the Men of Iron. Cast off the desires of this world and embrace His message of life eternal. Continue to speak His Truth, for you have been given a mighty blessing.
